Provided staffing expertise for SAP National Practice, Baan National Practice and Oracle National Practice. Focused on hiring both national and international consultants who were willing to travel up to 100%. Responsible for managing candidates through the entire recruitment process, which included sourcing, screening, facilitating technical interviews, salary negotiation, closing, visa processing (if needed) and orientation.
