-NAVIS’ Software is used by resorts and vacation rentals to track guest data and analytics as well as provide seamless email, web and voice (VOIP) communication between agents and guests. -Create/execute manual and automated test plans including load, performance, integration and security tests (PCI Compliance) to ensure all work meets the defined requirements of “Done”-Following Agile/Scrum Methodology-Report to stakeholders (Product Manager, CTO, Dev) on project status as needed-Test web application compatibility across browsers (FireFox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) including mobile.-Write custom automated tools to simulate customer data from 3rd parties (FlipKey, Homeaway, VRBO, Escapia, iHotelier, IQWare, Springer-Miller, etc.)-Write automated Selenium tests for web, Ranorex for Windows applications and Microsoft Unit Test framework for automating back end server tests.-Load/Performance testing with JMeter for testing REST framework and SIP/VOIP communication tests.-Work with other QA engineers to share and exchange knowledge in our area of expertise (ie security testing and Selenium automation best practices)-Report/document bugs and track work items/test cases in TFS/Jira.

-Designed and created maps for city using GIS software and geodatabase systems-Performed IT work for the city’s GIS system (installed software, managed the GIS database server, FTP server and public maps via city’s website)-Gathered field data via GPS to update city inventory (ie water hydrants)
