As of Spring 2022, I also facilitated TD Insurances' RTO strategy by travelling to each office across Canada to film virtual tours - providing employees key insights as to what their location will have in terms of facilities and amenities. Throughout all of my work I frequently collaborate with external agencies; providing direction, creative design and production support. Once the creative is complete, my work continues on the analytics side of things, where I track KPI's and broad metrics of all of our content using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Sprout. I progressed to offer Project Management in both the Digital Media and IT realms. Supported many of these clients after the fact in configuring and maintaining an Exchange connection to mobile devices and a variety of email configurations (Outlook, Goldmine, Act, Thunderbird).
