Through my experience and education as a STEM Professional, I am skilled at enhancing the lives of students through effective communication, relationship building, innovation, and business partnerships. In utilizing my relationships with City of Baltimore, NASA, Johns Hopkins University, colleagues at HBCU’s/Majority Institutions, Professional Organizations and other entities. I provided student and program support by acquiring grants and partnerships, encouraging case competitions and extensive research, and increase post-secondary education employment opportunities with top companies.Additionally, my accomplishments in STEM support my ability to maintain a company brand presence and provide team leadership. Some of my accomplishments include cultivating underrepresented students’ interests in science and engineering careers while creating a consortium for the future needs of NASA and the aerospace industry. I have assisted in leading recruiting, retention, career readiness and cyber security instruction for an engineering program for motivated high school students with an aptitude in math/ science and an interest in engineering and technology. I was instrumental in increasing the School of Engineering’s diverse talent and overall student engagement and satisfaction by implementing innovative talent acquisition and management techniques and strategies.I have a can-do attitude and can communicate effectively, influence teams, diagnose issues, and develop business solutions. I can blend strategic thinking with hands-on practicality while working to develop and implement strategies for healthy individuals. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and engage in a civic activities and organizations.
