We started selling our now-signature Lamb Baaacon, as well as various Ribs and other meats at farmers markets and at the knish shop in Baltimore 2 years ago.In August of 2016 we transitioned from just selling packaged meats into a full service sandwich pop up – servicing Baltimore, Silver Spring and Bethesda farmers markets. We offer a constantly rotating menu which takes inspiration from global cuisines and flavors.
