Discovered flaws in the Data Center infrastructure that, if they had been allowed to continue, would have resulted in Terms of Service breaches. Created network environments that fit the customers specifications, including HSRP, DNS, Nagios, Cloud, and IP block configuration.Provided post outage system forensics to determine cause of failure, reason for network outage documentation, process improvement, and how to build in redundancy to avoid future issues. Created the physical enclosures, and cabling necessary to house client servers and connect them to the network topology.

Provided hardware and software support for Dell enterprise servers – including firewall technology, virus protection and Internet content filtering.

Supported the Tivoli Management Suite of monitoring and configuration software, assisting in the monitoring and management of multiple OS types over a WAN environment. Assisted customers in the creation of rights schemes that allowed remote management of IRIX, Solaris, early Windows Active Directory, and OS/2.Created bash shell scripts, and OS macros to deploy cloned OS configurations across customer networks.

Supported the McAfee network management and antivirus products, which were designed to monitor and allow remote configuration of multiple OS types over a LAN environment.

Consumer level support of Windows 95 at launch. I was responsible for the customer experience, and support of consumer level systems.
