I have practiced law throughout the state of Florida for over a quarter century. My legal career began at Holland & Knight, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the country. There, I represented major corporations in high stakes litigation and physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice claims. In 1992, I was invited to join a new firm Lutz, Bobo & Webb, PA which included a managing partner and a full equity partner from Holland & Knight. Two years later, at the age of 29, I became a full equity partner and the firm was renamed Lutz, Bobo, Webb, & Telfair, PA.About 15 years ago, I made the transition from defense work to representing plaintiffs. Since that time, I have represented plaintiffs’ rights in a variety of mass tort claims, product liability matters, medical malpractice actions, and nursing home litigation. I also have represented many clients in premises liability matters, motor vehicle accidents, and a multitude of other personal injury and wrongful death claims. I take great pride in my reputation, which has been earned through not only my hard work and work ethic, but through the personal attention I pay to each and every client.I am the father of three sons and have been married for over 27 years to my beloved wife, Valerie. I am deeply involved in my community, and feel blessed to live and work in the place I love.
