Areas of interest: UAV - aerodynamics and hydrodynamics - haemodynamics - additive manufacturing - space technologies - research management.Currently a Research Contracts Officer in The University of New South Wales, and an aeronautical engineer with solar-electric drone start-up Praxis Aeronautics. Conferred with a doctorate in Engineering from The University of Adelaide. Experienced in setting up and conducting experiments, particularly in laser diagnostics e.g: Planar Laser Induced Fluorescence and Particle Imaging Velocimetry, for fluid mechanics and combustion. Also experienced in image processing on multiple platforms and Computational Fluid Dynamics modelling (fluid dynamics, reacting flow, and blood flow). A good problem solver, analytical, creative and well-grounded in both mechanical design and manufacturing.
