35 years of international training and management consulting.My passion is to transform organizational cultures to better reflect the needs of stakeholders. Far too many organizations are top heavy, bureaucratic, unfocused and unfriendly places in which to work. I facilitate organizational transformation to create a focused, productive work environment that is goal oriented, nimble, flexible and friendly. I coach managers who want to become leaders. And, I provide training in a variety of formats to provide employees with the confidence and competence to achieve excellence. My consulting initiatives are value-added. I work with stakeholders to streamline processes to become are seamless and effective. These changes can and must be measurable using key performance indicators that are aligned with the organization's mission. I have created a simplified and effective form of a Balanced Scorecard that can be used to spur innovation, problem solving and engagement. And, it can be used and understood at all levels of an organization.Many of my interventions involved training. But, I believe that most learning takes place on the job. So, in addition to experiential classroom training, I provide coaching to executives who in turn create a dynamic and challenging work environment. I design mentoring programs and train both mentors and proteges to optimize outcomes of their relationship. I am particularly proud of a unique for of team learning that has had a significant impact on the self-esteem, confidence and effectiveness of participants.
