• Reviewed GL entries and assessed accuracy. Monitoring the status of accounts receivable and payable to facilities efficient processing • Responsible for weekly inventory and cost accounting report, journal entries, reconciliations and management reports.• Perform analysis on manufacturing cost variances and inventory balances. Timely processing of trade invoices, vendors’ reconciliation and follow up for corrective actions. • Prepare BOM routing. Assist in product costing simulation.• Coordinate cyclical recount of materials and reconciliation of actual inventories verse system’s records. Material tracking to ensure sufficient material for production.• Prepare production planning schedule. Monitoring, planning and schedules for all projects. Close follow up and monitor operation issues.
