• Reviewed GL entries and assessed accuracy. Monitoring the status of accounts receivable and payable to facilities efficient processing
• Responsible for weekly inventory and cost accounting report, journal entries, reconciliations and management reports.
• Perform analysis on manufacturing cost variances and inventory balances. Timely processing of trade invoices, vendors’ reconciliation and follow up for corrective actions.
• Prepare BOM routing. Assist in product costing simulation.
• Coordinate cyclical recount of materials and reconciliation of actual inventories verse system’s records. Material tracking to ensure sufficient material for production.
• Prepare production planning schedule. Monitoring, planning and schedules for all projects. Close follow up and monitor operation issues.
