As a nimble and experienced trial lawyer whose second home is the courtroom, I represent plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes, complex litigation across a range of industries and throughout the country. Some notable clients include former NFL players, the son of real estate mogul and corporate raider Victor Posner, a large university health care system, a state university system, and pension beneficiaries short-changed by corporate greed.For nearly two decades, I’ve been committed to improving the lives of former athletes and making sports safer for players, beginning with the first-ever case establishing the link between pro football and concussions. Recently, this effort has included tackling the effects of systemic racism in the NFL's concussion settlement program, which garnered national media attention and led to broad changes in the health care system. I find it exceptionally rewarding to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and even opposing counsel and foster an environment of trust and collaboration. With that strong foundation, I thrive on the challenge of steering my clients through intricate legal landscapes and developing novel case strategies.In my free time, I am a committed community member engaged in multiple ventures in my adopted hometown of Baltimore, including leading a $13 million campaign for Beth Am Synagogue, which I formerly led as president and recently secured a multi-million-dollar endowment for the congregation and funded a complete renovation of the synagogue’s century-old structure.
