The system also implements necessary calculation and generates numerous reports automatically. It runs on Windows Server 2012 using Silverlight framework and Oracle database.• Analyse user’s demand and customise the system to meet the demand.• Develop new application-level features on demand using the integrated Development tool, which requires configuring controls’ properties and writing responsible SQL.• Help maintain the system database. The work includes skills such as understanding the complex relationships of the tables as well as being able to using SQL to control the data.• Test the software before releasing its new version.• Train and support users in using the system (Taiwanese and Vietnamese users).• Prepare related documents such as installation, SOP, maintenance manual (traditional Chinese).• On-site testing, including receiving data from and sending data to other systems.• Attend weekly meeting with customers to review the progress and discuss new demands.• Help arrange meetings with Vietnamese customers for the company’s leaders.
