To counteract the IT product and peripherals market downturn I led product/ service diversification and innovation strategies that enabled the organisation to: maintain the core revenue business; introduce new products/ services including Domain Names & ISP services; centralise warehousing; consolidate national offices and achieve the efficiency gains that countered the market downturn and improved profitability.
