In this position I am responsible for two primary functions:1. Developing a technical partner enablement program for channel partners, focusing on strategic partners to ensure their pre and post sales engineers are effective, competent and confident in positioning, closing and servicing Barracuda solutions.2. Assessing the channel business on a WW basis to streamline the partner on-boarding process, go to market enablement, data collection and reporting to enable our channel account teams to be proactive with real time business intelligence about the state of their respective businesses. Data requirements gathering and analytics across many functional roles and theaters is required.

Repsonsible for 4 staff members dedicated to channel pre sales engineering and partner enablement.I am responsible for assisting the company in building a go to market strategy for selecting, enabling and supporting partners in both pre and post sale activities as it relates to Websense.I also assist the business in integrating our core offerings with major system integrators world wide.Additionally, I periodically project manage a large enterprise deployment.

Founded and owned an IT consulting organization specializing in server consolidation, web design, development and marketing.I grew the company to serve over 3,000 clients globally deliver a number of services by contract and monthly recurring revenue in a highly competitive marketplace.I managed a global team of over 50 employees and contractors with a hands on approach, on a daily basis.I made a lot of mistakes. I did a lot of things right. The former is more important.
