Hi, my name is Brandon Chase Becerra. I'm a passionate people person who focuses on cross functional collaboration, whether this be info within my own team or for supporting stakeholders far and wide.Allowing oneself to put the team's mission above their own is the highest virtue in my book!I started my journey understanding the framework of large output production at Amazon with the start-up of SAT2, in San Marcos Texas during the summer of 2017. Because of my interest in team building, quality, and production, I quickly took to roles which dealt with management technologies such as Six Sigma and PFMEA to get ahead of our issues before they happened. This led me into my role as a cross-functional Quality analyst serving as a support liason for the Onboarding, Quality and Production deartments at Amazon before my departure in December of 2019, more than two and a half years later. During my time as a Process Quality Analyst, I developed a strong sense of procedure and protocols, interpersonal skills, and a sharp understanding of industry technology KPIs. This well structured, data-based, high-speed environment helped me realize that I enjoy working through tough problems and finding solutions which give a sense of accomplishment and success.It was this understanding which allowed me to pursue an opportunity at the most ideal place for solving hard problems, Gigafactory Texas with Tesla automotive. I have been eager to develop my skills here since early March of 2022 and haven't lost a bit of excitement in turning GFTX into the highest output factory in North America! I now work to maintain strong relationships with key partners across various departments.All to the effect of successful yield results, credibility, and broader collaboration efforts.
