Current- Implement Zabbix for endpoint monitoring, customizing templates and integrating with Twilio API for critical alerts to technicians and executive leadership.- Monitor client networks for security breaches, promptly investigating incidents. Enforce data encryption on endpoints using software and firewalls.- Monitor vulnerabilities in computer and network systems with the help of an EDR. Innovate solutions for data and system security to address business challenges effectively.- Audit internal client networks for PCI DSS standards and evaluate security against CyberSecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc. Examine client IT infrastructure, data usage, policies, and procedures against recognized standards.- Act as the first responder to exploits on endpoints, servers, and workstations. Mitigate risks by implementing security policies using CyberSecurity frameworks. Serve as Global Exchange Administrator for clients.- Monitor CVEs for third-party software and automate deployment of Zero-day patches. Create Knowledge Bases, Policies, and Procedures for technicians. Provide Customer Support and strategic advice on hardware, software, and networks.- Train new hires on policies and procedures and prioritize technical tasks within the organization. Create Backups and Snapshots of servers for DR. Automate redundant tasks via shell scripts.- Conduct network troubleshooting using Shodan, NMAP, Telnet, and Wireshark. Implement DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records for secure email transfer. Create firewall and NAT rules for secure packet forwarding.- Work with vendors to evaluate the best firewall for clients, considering factors such as IPS, IDS, site-to-site VPN throughput, web filtering, DNS filtering, and remote work VPN concurrent sessions.- Deploy Graylog across all endpoints to centralize log management. Research new networking tools to enhance visibility and mitigation tactics of business assets.
