Responsible for driving the overall digital marketing strategy for NeilMed and NeilMed owned brands with a strategic mindset coupled with strong experience in managing digital strategies and campaigns. I have led digital marketing efforts to drive targeted acquisitions (volume and net income) and enhance overall brand awareness. I have managed and set the strategic direction for the digital content, analytics, and social media teams. I have closely worked with core marketing and communications team, quality, VP Sales, graphics/art, legal and business stake holders globally to drive key strategic digital marketing initiatives across global and regional markets.• Develop marketing strategy to deliver on key insights that help validate and/or pivot marketing strategies to reflect a larger digital footprint.• Build and execute digital media and web strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience segmentation.• Develop and maintain a test, learn & scale roadmap to drive acquisitions leveraging emerging channels, new campaign tactics and optimization strategies.• Provide thought leadership and guidance to help navigate complex market conditions and develop alternate identity management solutions and targeting strategies.• Leverage data and analytics to work effectively with data science teams; establish appropriate digital metrics and key performance indicators across the various digital platforms. Strong application knowledge of Ad tech and Mar tech landscape. • Lead digital campaigns (build to execute), including paid media channels (PPC, Display, Programmatic, Email, Affiliates and Social) and establishing landing pages to help maximize awareness and acquisition goals for brands.• Strong knowledge with CRM and marketing automation platforms• Utilizing marketing models such as multi-touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM)
