As a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, my bilingual upbringing (English/Spanish) has shaped my passion for bridging cultures and technology. Celebrating 11 years of teaching Information Technology at Westminster Public Schools, I focus on providing students from diverse backgrounds an exciting entry into STEM through project-based learning. I believe in the power of technology education, especially cybersecurity, to prepare students for their futures. Connecting with industry professionals and teachers is essential to me, ensuring that real-world knowledge enriches the 21st-century classroom. As a PBL coach and CTE teacher, I'm committed to Competency-Based Education and empowering students to take ownership of their learning journey.
