I pride myself in being a creative problem solver. With over five years of experience in the IT industry, I have gained the ability to work efficiently in various enterprise environment both large and small, learned to effectively communicate with technical/non-technical audiences, and expanded my overall area of expertise and skillsets. I am very passionate about cybersecurity. While it can be a challenging field, it is extremely rewarding at the same time. It is both offensive/defensive in nature and offer a wide variety of paths and plenty room for personal/professional growth. It involves all aspects of an enterprise environment whether its administrative aspects such as developing effective policies, technical aspects with threat detection, or operational aspects such as security training and education. To loosely quote one of my favorite idols, Bruce Lee, a visionary of his time: “Be water, my friend.” Be adaptive, be reactive, and be able to mold ourselves into the environment that we are put in no matter how adverse the environment might be.
