• Plan and achieve company revenue targets and strategies with senior management.• Train and manage sales representatives to achieve company and individual revenue targets.• Liaise with suppliers for launch of new products and marketing strategies for tradeshows.• Liaise with production team for quality control and development of new products.• Successfully dissolve and integrate the technical subsidiary company back to the parent company.• Manage and enhance technical workflow, accuracy and accountability of inventory management.• Streamline communications between Sales and Technical department to finetune fulfilment of sales and fortify after-sales support capabilities.• Cover General Manager duties during her absence from office.

• Pioneer the start-up of a Singapore themed restaurant in Taiwan, Kaohsiung.• Liaison with various contractors for the shopfront set-up and acquisition of supplies and services.• Manage menu design and marketing campaigns.• Manage the operation of the restaurant; create and enforce SOPs, streamline workflow, design jobs and assign suited candidates to the job.• Manage inventory and logistic arrangements.
