I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Consultant and Environmental Planner (aka Urban Planner). I was a board topnotcher for the national licensure exam of each of these licenses. I have helped to broker and advise both personal and institutional clients in the real estate industry. I used to work for Robinsons Land, a publicly-listed property developer in the Philippines, in its Business Development, Accounts Management and Bank Financing groups. I also used to be an investment & research analyst for a New York-based investment bank and principally helped cover the China market. I received university education in Manila, Philippines, in Beijing, China, and in California, USA. I lecture and conduct seminars in the aspects of real estate economics and urban planning. Additionally, I am fluent with the Chinese Mandarin language and I am also a licensed commercial drone pilot.
