Cyd-jay was born in Intramuros, Manila but was raised in Pandi, Bulacan. She graduated from Far Eastern University with a degree in BS Psychology in 2019 and passed the Board and Licensure Examination for Psychometricians in the same year. She worked in a Diagnostics Clinic for OFWs as a Psychometrician for a short time before the pandemic. Prior to working with Prialto, she took up the position of customer service representative in a telemedical company. Working in her previous company in a midst of a pandemic instilled in her the values of good communication and empathy which she makes sure to always carry with her. Outside of her job, Cyd-jay likes to spend her time binge-watching TV shows. She particularly enjoys the satire and thriller genres. She also loves animals and has three cats named Kira, Klaud, and Pingku.
