• Engage in one-on-one and in small group interactions with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and diverse learning needs, utilizing a range of assessment tools and treatment protocols, including ABA practices and PFA/SBT.• Develop and implement individualized teaching strategies to foster skill acquisition and mitigate problem behaviors, while consistently adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments of student motivation and preferences.• Adhere to professional standards of established policies, ensuring the safe application of assessment protocols and therapeutic techniques, including proficiency in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.• Guide students in appropriate socialization/play, actively contributing to conflict resolution strategies in the least intrusive manner.• Implement daily data collection, graphing and analysis to monitor student progress, utilizing the insights gained to refine teaching methodologies and optimize learning outcomes.• Maintain open and effective communication with families and supervisors on a daily basis.
