With over 50 stellar athlete creators and influencers in the NIL space I am in charge of full servicing their needs day to day. While sourcing and facilitating sponsorships and endorsements is the bulk of my responsibilities I like to take a different approach and strategize the athletes entire brand and what is most authentic. My job is not limited to finding the best PR opportunities, community service initiatives, and ways for the athlete to stand out as an entreprenuer. Started and facilitated internal and external operations for Hawker Family Sports & Entertainment since May of 2021. Recruited a strong group of clients who are at the top of their respective sports. Helped them garner NIL deals, build their brand and capitalize on community service opportunities. Developed merchandise with my clients as well as fully servicing their day to day needs. Spearheaded our intern program and built a strong foundation for the companies culture and values.
