I am a member of the Operational Support Team at Starling Bank. In this role I help all areas of the bank and have had training in a variety of roles in order to effectively assist all departments when needed. I have worked in complaints handling, customer onboarding, customer service, specialist support as well as other areas.

My role consisted of me working as an Administrative Assistant among other duties. After four months, I was promoted to Team Leader which enabled me to gain more responsibility.

I started working at O2 Academy Brixton in November 2017 as a Bar Staff and was offered the position of supervisor in July 2018. I was responsible for reconciling the tills and processing receipts, giving me financial responsibility and experience of handling money. Working here gave me experience working in a faced paced environment, fulfilling my duties well under pressure, and gaining experience as a supervisor, as well as gaining experience in hospitality and working in a musical environment.

I worked at Pets at Home Groom Room for two years, starting as an apprentice at 16 and was hired as a Dog Grooming Stylist after completing the apprenticeship. Alongside Dog Grooming, a part of my role would be performing receptionist duties and making customers bookings, also building a relationship with clients and my colleagues, giving me strong communication and people skills.
