Product Manager - eMSP public charging network.Create value for our customers (EV drivers) by providing access to more than 600K charging points in Europe but not only.As the Product Manager for the product team responsible for the Charging Network, I lead the development and strategic vision of our Charging Network services. Our mission is to allow ease in maintaining and managing direct connections to charging point operators (CPOs), supporting our partners with robust management, operations, and finance features. We also ensure our charging network is accessible to apps and partners through APIs.Our key responsibilities are:- Oversee the integration and migration of CPOs into our network, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.- Manage the relationships and operations of both internal and external CPOs.- Supervise the end-to-end charging session processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.- Address and resolve issues with problematic CDRs, ensuring effective management and resolution.- Lead the implementation of robust, automated invoice validation systems.- Maintain high standards of network quality and continuously work on data quality improvements.
