Having spent over 20 years as a client side marketer with diverse brand and communications experience in blue chip brands (Shell, Starbucks, McDonald's and The Daily Mail Group) I took the decision to deliver PE, Netball and Cricket Coaching across a number of channels, ultimately becoming Head of Sport at a local school as well as Director of Netball at Spencer Netball Club (450 junior players) and in my spare time, founded Clapham Netball Club to encourage even more youngsters to learn how to play netball.This encompasses all aspects of PE, managing fixtures (over 120 friendlies played last year, with an 82% participation rate across the school), ensuring medium to long term plans are in place and accessible to non-sports teachers, and achieving a Gold Sports Mark from the local authority in recognition of our holistic approach and focus to encourage sport for all.I'm as passionate about sport as I am about advertising and production and my skills in developing partnerships that are mutually beneficial have already led our school teams to success across Wandsworth, taking Bronze at the London Youth Games (Hockey), Silver at the Wandsworth Schools Cricket League, and numerous accolades in netball tournaments over the past 3 seasons.Strengths in:- Delivering results- Leading teams, motivating, coaching & developing- Coaching & Sports Strategy - Relationship management - Fixtures management - Plan Development based on individual and team requirementsTopped with a high level of energy and enthusiasm, a drop of realism and a good sense of humour.
