KOM Networks is an Enterprise Software Company that has developed an Archival, Data Retention Appliance that can connect directly to a companies network and saves data based on regulatory restrictions and compliance. My job is to find and manage software and hardware companies that will integrate and promote KOM's solutions including distributors and resellers. I coordinate and work with marketing to ensure our partners have collateral that can be shared with their customers and channel, set up roadmap reviews with executive managers and coordinate web demos to promote KOM solutions.

SCA is a non-profit organization to teach early period living and re-enacts medieval times through demonstrations and specialized events around the world. I am a volunteer EMT and First Responder.

Responsible for finding and recommending software applications for HP iPAQ Handheld devices. Work with 3rd party ISV's which included Microsoft, Handango, WorldMate, Adobe, Pandora and others on testing and qualifying of software applications with iPAQ's and the HP Enterprise Mobility Suite application.

Responsible for Tape and SAN Storage devices and solutions development from concept to launch through obsolescence. Released 17 products in 3 years and obtained 2 patents for hot-plug storage. Working with partners I managed $4M in MDF funding and responsible for demand creation to reduce inventory and promote new solutions.

Started working for Colorado Memory Systems in 1990 as a technical customer support engineer working with Tandburg and CMS tape products along with Microsoft, OS/2, SCO Unix and Xenix operating systems. I achieved a 98% first time fix rate along with taking 125 calls per day. In 1992, HP purchased CMS which added three HP-UX operating systems versions, HP OpenView software along HP DAT tape drives and backup software.

My main responsibility was supporting the Amdahl training department in programming software utilizing Perl, Unix and C programming languages to be installed on hard drives that were distributed to internal departments, customers and partners for system and product training.
