I am the Co-Director of RBD Communications dba Recycling Black Dollars. My responsibility is carrying the mission of our organization to encourage and support African American businesses in becoming successful and sustaining success with their business. This is done with providing great networking opportunities, referral sources, business development and training to become better business owners. I teach a series of workshops, seminars, classes, one-to-one coaching and consulting on accounting, basic bookkeeping, launching a business, writing business plans, creating marketing strategies, identifying their target markets and research on how current trends for every industry.

The BusinessZone is a weekly online radio show bringing business information and opportunities to encourage, inform and inspire entrepreneurs and business owners. The weekly radio show where Supplier Diversity meets Business-readiness, Contract-readiness, and Bank Loan-readiness. The radio show is part of a strategic campaign designed to help us achieve the goal of raising the profile of the business sector among our local residents and corporations. Teaching Bookkeeping and QuickBooks for special training course at Mt. San Antonio Community College Continuing Education Program. Mt. SAC received a grant to provide technical assistance training for CalWORks recipients. The GAIN program provides employment-related services to CalWORKs participants to help them find employment, stay employed, and move on to higher paying jobs, which will lead to self-sufficiency and independence. Contract with LACOE and Mt. SAC has been awarded for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 school semesters.
