Based at the corporate offices in Augusta, GA. my original job was was to be a HR Business Partner, however my primary focus after arriving became the staffing and relocation plans for the corporate move and consolidation to Charlotte, NC. While at Electrolux I was able to lead the integration of two Recruitment Processing Outsourcing "RPO" programs to address their immediate and then long term staffing needs and successfully shorten the time-to-fill. Utilizing the RPO model also afforded me the opportunity to deliver cost reductions on the use of outside search fees. Created and taught re-employment strategies for displaced workers.
