If I were to describe myself, the words, life-long learner with a burning desire to support others in creating happy lives come to mind. During my 25-year corporate career in healthcare and technology sales, marketing, and learning and development, I trained thousands of people in professional development skills and technical proficiency. In 2012, I transitioned exclusively to the transformational training space, teaching programs in Leadership, Productivity and Mindfulness to a wide range of organizational clients in the private and public sector. My clients have described me as empowering, caring, and capable. I hold multiple certifications in leadership and productivity, am a Co-Active® Coach (ICF approved program), an Extended DISC Certified Trainer, and a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Mentor. In early 2024, I will become trained in the Mindful Coach Method and complete an International Coaching Federation certification.. Regardless of the modality, my commitment is to provide my clients with guidance, unwavering support, encouragement, and accountability to help them stay focused and motivated as they take bold steps towards their desired outcomes.
