Identify opportunities for building collaborations in weather research within NOAA and with other federal, non-federal, and international partners. Prepare staff for a successful change from Google Sheets to Smartsheet through ADKAR Change Management principles of awareness, how the change benefits them, training, and setting goals.Create and develop newsletters, news stories, articles, and features with WPO highlights for the website. Coordinate development of internal and external documents such as the WPO Program Review. Maintain social media account @NOAA_WPO on “X” formerly known as Twitter. Manage, enhance, and update all aspects of the WPO website. Coordinate presentations and other communications materials at conferences such as the American Meteorological Society, National Weather Association, and the American Geophysical Union.
