Responsible for managing the service provider oversight and due diligence program specific to regulatory and privacy compliance, including recurring reviews, and virtual on-site reviews for vendors that perform critical compliance responsibilities; Managing the review and completion of client due diligence questionnaires; Overseeing regulatory compliance of Regulation O, Regulation W, Volcker, and Canada Compliance including risk assessments, maintaining requirements and standards documents, identification and escalation of compliance risk issues, enterprise and divisional compliance training, business unit monitoring, and regulatory change evaluation and oversight of implementation.

Responsible for managing the State Law Compliance Program including maintaining a strong state law requirements inventory, collaborating with business partners to ensure relevant new/changed rules are disseminated and implemented and requirements documentation is updated in a timely manner, supporting compliance subject matter experts in identifying and documenting controls, as needed, and serving as the Compliance Risk lead on the State Law Program enhancement project with other risk, business, and legal key stakeholders.

Responsible for compliance governance of vendor management for all vendors, including compliance due diligence, external site visits, and annual risk assessments for critical vendors. Responsible for Enterprise Privacy Compliance and Bank Holding Company Compliance (Reg. W, Reg. O, Volcker, and Canada) since October 2019.

Managing Post Closing Mortgage Operations, including off-shore resources, for full-file imaging, monitoring and curing document deficiencies, government insuring, and final document tracking and procurement.
