My experience of working as a Paediatric nurse gives me the knowledge and expertise on how to interact with young children and their families and to understand their specialized needs. Our patients are the centre of our careers and it is always crucial to provide empathetic care for them in order to make a difference in someones life, therefore I keep learning to improve my skills to serve patients better. In my career I enhance my knowledge as well as gain more experiences to bring my skills to the forefront. My future dreams of optimizing care and creating a system that is family centred is a career goal of mine and to also provide ultimate care to my patients with compassion and empathy.
