 Preparation of property valuation reports, site inspection, analysis, and research of a wide range of property types (commercial, agriculture, industrial, residential) for various purposes of valuation.  Carrying out various investment portfolio property valuations for REITs in Malaysia, ongoing projects, and lands for various purposes of valuation (submission to the Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia, Initial Public Offerings, and Financial Reporting) that is compliance with Malaysian Valuation Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.  Responsible for valuation report vetting.  Ensuring all Valuation and Reports are prepared in line with the standards set by the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVEA), the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Securities Commissions Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB).
