Partner with all levels of leadership (Managers, Directors, VP’s, SVP’s) strategizing initiatives in Team Member Engagement (team building), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, Leadership Development, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, and Cultural shift. Collaborate with Legal, Benefits, Compensation. Leave Services, Employee Health, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development and Learning in supporting leadership with job description changes, salary grade evaluations, market adjustments, FMLA, work restrictions, and EEOC claims. Conduct investigations for claims of Discrimination, Harassment, Hostile Work Environment, and other inappropriate behaviors. Present trainings and lead Focus Groups on a variety of topics such as Performance Appraisals, Coaching and Counseling, TR New Leadership Orientation, Reasonable Suspicion, Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace, ADA, and TMAC survey results. Provide and review TR Analytic reports to leaders for turnover, compliance, employment and retention, reward, and recognition.
