Having lived in many places including Alaska, my background varies from Adminstrative Assistant to Recycling Coordinator to consultant and business owner. My background can be divided into 3 areas: business owner, online marketer and alternative medicine advocate. Throughout my adult life, I have always sought out alternative medicine practices for keeping myself and my family healthy. I have utilized many modalities including chiropractors, acupuncture, Feldenkrais energy work, Reiki, homeopathy, herbs, essential oils, various forms of massage including shiatsu and accupressure, and one of my favorites, Rolfing. My more recent journey in alternative medicine has taken me from discovering the Ayurvedic-based Zrii products formulated by the Deepak Chopra Center in November 2012, to an all natural, pain reliever that is worn like a patch call a PowerStrip, to true health through total nutrition message ofYoungevity. I consider the health message of Youngevity to be the Holy Grail of nutrition and health. Bottom line, the products are based on the fundamental that there are 90 critical nutrients for life. Because it is impossible to get all these nutrients in our everyday lives, they have produced products that provide them all. It is amazing what the body can do to keep itself healthy when given all the right nutrients.I have now combined my years of experience managing businesses with my knowledge of online marketing to be an Online Business Manager. I love partnering with online business owners to help them reach their goals by bringing organization and efficiency to their business through operating procedures and automated processes, and approaching their business from a holistic viewpoint.
