About Cyndi Gave

For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for making businesses more profitable and aligning talent to get it done. I actually have early memories around a neighborhood lemonade stand!While getting a degree in Communications from Michigan State University, I also taught public speaking as an undergrad for two years. During college internships and early post-grad jobs I accumulated some unique experiences in human resources. This all positioned me well to start The Metiss Group in 1996, and share my passion by speaking to many CEO and Industry Groups.The purpose of The Metiss Group is to Make A Difference for our clients. We provide employers with a resource that not only aligns talent with a specific business focus in order to propel an organization forward, but also fulfills The Metiss Group’s three service pillars: employee selection, performance acceleration and organizational health.Using proven processes, fine-tuned over 20 years, deployed by an inspiring team, I am proud to have built the trusted, supportive, and established organization that The Metiss Group is known as today.
