For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for making businesses more profitable and aligning talent to get it done. I actually have early memories around a neighborhood lemonade stand!While getting a degree in Communications from Michigan State University, I also taught public speaking as an undergrad for two years. During college internships and early post-grad jobs I accumulated some unique experiences in human resources. This all positioned me well to start The Metiss Group in 1996, and share my passion by speaking to many CEO and Industry Groups.The purpose of The Metiss Group is to Make A Difference for our clients.
