Manage development and on-going support of software systems and tools for Intellectual Property department. Managed and coordinated projects for the deployment and commercial support of the QChat program for Sprint Direct Connect. Responsibilities included coordinating activities across internal functional groups (Engineering, Product Management, Technical Publications and management teams), as well as interfacing with the customer to ensure product and schedule needs were met. Led design, launch and stabilization of new enterprise billing system for QIS business. Successfully managed migration from home-grown system supporting monthly invoicing of $16M+ and monthly settlement/payment for 250+ vendors. Responsibilities included documenting business requirements from Accounting and IT teams, analyzing and architecting processes, mapping customer, contract and business model rules from legacy system, validating conversion scripts, and user documentation and training. Led team to deliver implementation of new system with limited disruption to business cycle for QIS and its enterprise customers.

Supported BREW/Plaza billing/settlement system. Collaborated with functional groups to define business requirements and develop and enhance accounting and billing systems. Responsible for business process improvement, systems analysis and configuration and process monitoring. Partnered with Product Manager and other stakeholders to align system capabilities with business model requirements and commitments. Primary liaison between IT and enterprise business users. Troubleshot production and reporting issues for Accounting, Finance and Revenue Assurance teams as well as external customers (operators and developers). Reviewed customer contracts to certify compliance with contractual obligations, and partnered with Revenue Assurance to ensure financial integrity and contractual compliance of operator invoices and developer payments.
