I own and run, a photography and design business with my husband. Our style is photo journalistic with minimal editing to preserve the moment captured. My husband photographs with a Lensbaby to capture the more ethereal side of life. I shoot primarily with prime lenses since I love the result I get.We also design logos and print material, work with small businesses on Branding and Marketing strategies and help improve business systems and efficiency. I adore the passion small businesses have and I want to help them reach larger audiences through powerful messaging and beautiful imaginary. This is my passion.

Marketing the amazing offerings of the Rosen JCC. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Rosen JCC’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for departments in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Rosen JCC.

Oversee all marketing and communications, as well as all Learning and Development functions for organization, managing $500,000+ budget and supervising team. Create over-arching marketing plan and oversee the full scope of all projects. Manage Agency of Record department that produces over 500 pieces a year, including print/radio/online advertising, web development, and other collateral materials. Created and fostered social media presence. Negotiate and purchase media in various industry publications. Deliver presentations once a month to the Board of Directors regarding progress. Planned and facilitated every all employee activity, marketed to internal customers with same attention to design and effectiveness of messaging. • Re-branded entire organization within the first year to include all print material and messaging. Create social media presence within two years and overhauled website in the third.• Created and introduced WBTs to unfamiliar staff through internal campaign. Now this highly effective form of training is used frequently to deliver messaging.• Planned and executed over 200 events with limited resources resulting in immeasurable new accounts.• Developed innovative marketing strategies that enhanced the bank to potential customers, promoting key attributes and points-of-difference for optimal positioning.• Saved approximately $20K each year by providing in-house design and photography for various media.

Partnered with specific business units to create and facilitate new hire as well as up-training, with classes ranging from 2 days to 3 weeks and specializing in loan collection at all delinquency levels. Conducted various soft skills classes (i.e- Time Management, Who Moved My Cheese, FISH!) at a line employee level, as well as, classes taught exclusively for management. Created and administered cooperative workshops to increase team building through activities and group discussion. These sessions were for specific teams as well as exclusively for management teams. Responsible for the development of business specific web based training. Participated in and lead teams accountable for design, content layout and creation via web development programs. Worked as site contributor for the Learning and Development Monthly Executive Newsletter. Responsible for internal marketing, including posters, handouts, tri-folds and email notifications for various Business Units including Learning and Development, Default Services and HR initiatives. • Initiated and developed blended learning into new hire classes, including WBTs, self-paced online study and side by side coaching.• Organized and conducted Career Development Fairs for 3 years for approximately 800-1200 employees.• Averaged a student feedback rating of 4.17 (based on a 1 to 5 scale) for technical and soft skills classes. • Lead back to back new hires classes for 26 months. The students averaged the highest 30/60/90 goal numbers on the floor.
