Work with clients to uncover business issues that can be resolved using space. I work with clients to help them create a space in which they can attain and retain good people which ultimately affects the bottom line. We discuss the wellbeing of their staff and talk about creating ecosystems in the workplace - how space affects the way people work, think and feel. Giving people the "choice" of how and where they work using collaborative spaces, private spaces, open -shared spaces, drop in spaces - by creating these spaces within your organization you are allowing for all types of workers to work in their way which enables them to work smarter and healthier.

Consult with clients to improve their working environments which in turn improves their employees productivity. Work with clients to understand their workers' positions and what people do on a daily basis to come up with more customized solutions for their work areas. Educate clients on what is available to them, health and safety concerns and where we are heading in the current workplace. Develop relationships with new clients.

Regular line representative which included furniture in the Simcoe County territory. Business to business sales - maintaining existing accounts and obtaining new accounts.

Managed the wholesale department and retail store - had three employees reporting to me. Met with large retailers, ie. Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart, Home Hardware, etc. to set up contracts/pricing etc. to purchase "stock" flags - ie. Canadian Flag, Provinical flags, Country flags etc. Grew the departement from $1.4 million to $4.2 million in annual sales for, mostly, the Canadian Flag.
