As a Retail Store Leader at Allbirds, I lead a dedicated team to ensure our customers have an unforgettable in-store experience. I successfully set up and led my team through the NSO process - as well as supported the store set-up, community activations and operational preparations in the lead up. I manage daily store operations, optimize processes, and ensure we meet our sales targets. Field Marketing* Working cross-functionally to bring community strategy for EMEA to live, in order to drive positive business results (working with KPIs, managing budget & resources).* Identifying and maintaining key relationships on regional level to drive new guest acquisition and deepen brand affiliation through sweat, development & campaign led initiatives.* Planning & executing IRL experiences through partnering with internal and external stake-holders* Working alongside PR partners/agencies to strategically bring media opportunities to live.* Collaborating with Strategic Sales department to grow & leverage wholesale partner network.Store Consultancy* Coaching store teams to engage and grow their local communities by providing tools & resources in order to live up to OKRs.* Overseeing monthly planning & weekly reporting on store-led community activations.* Signing off Store Ambassador roster.* Brand guardianship (ensuring consistency in voice of brand through multiple channels).New Store Openings (Relocations & New City Openings)* Creating & realising pre, during & post marketing strategies to meet (new) communities where they are in order to champion local relevance.

- Being part of the Hamburg Store Retail Leadership team with focus (80/20) on the Community pillar:- Owning in-store events (run clubs, weekly Yoga) & out of store experiences such as Trunk Shows (at expos, festivals & other partner-led events) and other experiences, such as Vision & Goals 2019 (Museum am Rothenbaum, 90 attendees) and Vision & Goals 2020 (Internationales Maritimes Museum, 170 attendees). Being responsible for budgeting, guest facing communication & reporting (KPIs) & team-enrolment.- Building Store Ambassador Pipeline, on-boarding & nurturing relationships to selected athletes / Store Ambassadors by supporting with opportunities to connect & grow communities for both parties.- Leading the ‘lululemon Hamburg’ facebook page (sharing pre&post events, community updates, product education, copy writing).- I embody and stand for all aspects of “who we are” and “what we practice” at lululemon, including our Purpose, Core Values and Practice of Leadership. In partnership with my Store Manager I guide my team on the retail-floor through the lens of exceptional employee and guest experience by living into our unique culture and providing exceptional education on our product.
