Centralized Scheduler- Southwest Region: Schedule/Re-schedule new & existing military members & their family for clinical, financial, resume, and relocation counseling appointments utilizing Microsoft Outlook & Time Trade calendar software. Use & maintain over 120 counselor’s calendars, handle high volume call center, & maintain confidential information on a daily basis. Receive, screen, and direct calls and emails daily to appropriate staff.Trained to handle crisis calls quickly using good judgment until a trained counselor/therapist can be reached. Complete weekly and monthly metrics for 52 staff to measure counselor client contact utilization as well as train them on proper coding/updating to their calendars. Enroll clients in classes and workshops & provide information and referral to military and community resources.
