Provider Navigation position has given me the opportunity to be in the field. This position requires me to be more active with our contracted providers in creating personable communication with any need they may have as a clinic. Meeting face to face with our providers and members to share resources and help internal processes run smoothly. This Hybrid position allows me to not only take care of Navigation services responsibilities but also allows access to maintain some credentialing aspects in order to support the Provider Relations Department. Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MMIS, WIPRO, VITAL, CIM, MD Staff, CVS Caremark and Salesforce.4-7 years of progressive experience claim processing or coordination of benefits activities.Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPC, Revenue and CPT codes.Strong data entry, analytical, and investigative skills.Ability to perform self-review to ensure a high level of accuracy.Balanced workload to ensure goals were met or exceeded.Managed inbound and outbound calls utilizing Soft Consol and Genesys systems.Wrote, reviewed and edited company operational procedures for system processes, scripting, member outreach campaigns and desk references for staff. Performed call audits of other Navigators using the Contact Store system.Acted as a primary contact or resource within the company and department for both Member and Provider services.
