In my role as Member at Large for my sorority, I serve on the executive board and am responsible for almost three hundred women’s wellbeings. Although an element of my position is upholding a code of ethics by monitoring a standards boards that assigns sanctions as necessary, I also serve as a liasion between the members of the sorority and the rest of the executive board. This has allowed me to enhance my communication and relationship buildings skills. Additionally, I have organized and executed multiple chapter-wide events, which has given me an opportunity to accomplish large event planning.
