Check that all computers are working, connected and programs are running as expected. Orders,Receiving stock,capturing stock,cashing up,salaries and online orders and dispatching.Reception desk if there is absence. This positions entails quite a few descriptions in it.Collections(collecting rental from clients , evicting & locking out unpaid offices.)on boarding and off boarding clients, Reception duties all of them( welcoming clients, daily registry,petty cash, tuck shop orders and sales, scanning,printing for visiting clients, and answer & transfer calls). Running the centre ( manage, communications, parking, lights, & office maintenance.)Customer Relations , Sales , check invoicing, correct errors on the invoices, bill local sales. Manage all that is added daily. System changes often so I have to learn and attend conference calls weekly or bi weekly for new products.
