Responsibilities:1）Responsible for the initial screening of candidates, with recommend interview, hiring, recruitment procedures. (Education background of the candidates, work experience, project experience, motivation, personality, capabilities, potentials and aspirations of salaries and other aspects of assessment)2）Detailed communication with clients on commissioned by the positions for analysis and assessment (including positions described, the job duties and qualifications required) 3）Maintain two-way communication with clients and candidates, to make coordination work.

1）Work according to projects need to analyze & comprehend client background, job description, conduct industrial/market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry.2）Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached.3）Assist consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with consultant& candidate coordination, etc.4）Key in all qualified resumes in executive searcher database (hardcopy & softcopy) and updating on regular basis.
