Co-Founded a consulting firm focused on organizational psychology working with organizations, groups and individuals who value its effect on human behavior. Worked with clients to achieve optimal organizational health by designing and facilitating OD interventions addressing organizational optimization including coaching of individuals and teams within the corporate workplace.

Managed the Applied Critical Thinking (ACT) program. ACT is an internal organizational change program focused on developing interventions for leaders and subject matter experts within the Bank. Partnered with executive team to ensure alignment between Bank’s strategic goals and stakeholder business needs. Designed and facilitated internal training/solution programs. Led efforts to evaluate program efficacy in order to support program improvement and ongoing effectiveness. Prototyped and developed facilitation techniques for team building activities including short stylized exercises and structured analytic techniques. Developed a strategy and framework supporting the program’s infrastructure.

Managed the client proposal process by creating, reviewing, and conducting final proofing of all client proposals prior to issuance. Contributed to writing and editing litigation and marketing collateral for multi-million dollar opportunities.

Managed the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for Crestline Investors Fund of Funds. Led the creation of customer-focused responses to formal RFPs from private and institutional investors. Collaborated heavily with key senior leaders in order to create compelling proposal content and ensure completion and timely delivery of responses.
