I have been employed in the travel/tourism and customer service industry for almost thirty years Being employed as a travel consultant for the last eighteen years has allowed me to grow on my knowledge and experience in the industry which has allowed me to provide my clients, time after time, with positive results.  This, paired with my experience in customer service has given me the ability to not only retain, but grow my client base while making those around me feel welcomed and comfortable.My rapport with clients and continuous drive for knowledge has allowed me to be successful in growing my business. Because of this, I continuously exceed sales targets and increase profit for the office.
