-Overseeing and executing the various projects associated to Human Resources-Taking concepts from design to implementation-Interacting with the appropriate resources to ensure successful outcome of all project initiatives-Partnering with the appropriate Business Units and Regional contacts to streamline information where appropriate-Collecting data and providing department analytics including Compensation, Record Retention, Recruiting, Employee Headcounts and Attrition, Employee Recognition and EEO-Utilize various HR Systems including Oracle, eThority, Taleo, Montage, Filebridge and SharePoint -Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel-Managing all attributes of external award participation-Administration of the Record Retention Program-Assisting HR Management in administration of Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, FMLA and general Leaves of Absence-Assisting the Recruiting team during seasonally heavy hiring volume-Assisting the HR Management team with managing budget, expenses, expense reports, calendar management and general administrative tasks
